Mrs Grace Kelly Jones’s Happy Tail
Gracie came to us from a puppy breeding establishment in Queensland. She had really bad teeth, grass seeds that had been embedded in her ears for a very long time and her poor womb was stretched to the point of tearing.
Gracie (who had a love affair with the Dog Father) was with us for quite a while – as she was pregnant when she arrived.
She gave birth to two little bubs – Eddie and Bettsie who sadly failed to thrive and passed away within a week. Eddie and Bettsie will always be a part of Hope Springs, and have roses planted in their honour in our Memorial Garden – Black Velvet for Eddie and Remember Me for Bettsie – with Mother’s Love for them both.
After her recovery, it was Gracie’s turn to find her happily ever after – and she has now been adopted and is part of the family with Kim, Jeff and Oscar who were mourning the loss of their little Dora and had big holes in their hearts.
Gracie is adored in her new home and will come back to Hope Springs for a holiday with her fur bro, Oscar.
Happy Tails Gracie Jones – The Dogfather will never forget you!
